Thank you for choosing Idara Aesthetics as your skin care and total beauty and wellness clinic. With utmost care and responsibility, we will provide the best possible service and experience for you. Upon purchasing our services, we hereby agree, that we mutually understand, the following terms and conditions regarding refund policies,

viz:

1. Full payment deposits, down payments, or initial installment payments are NOT refundable. However, they are convertible to other services equivalent to the amount provided with strong reasons for not continuing and may be transferred to another person to continuing provided that the person is medically cleared or fit to undergo the treatment.
2. Products are NOT allowed for return and refund. It can only be replaced once proven that it is not in a good state for human consumption or use.
3. Products that are not in good state must be RETURNED within 7 days after purchase. Beyond the given period, the item/s can no longer be replaced.
4. If product is damaged this must be reported to us within 24 hours and can be exchanged at our clinic.
5. Fully paid or installment payment, packages or single session

• Client must inform receptionist for cancellation or re-scheduling appointment within 24 hours.
• Allowed only 2 missed appointment or rescheduling but required with call.
• NO CALL received from client, the scheduled session will be forfeited.
